You tell us, once, when you subscribe — whether your company does under or over $1M a year in revenue. We take your word for it. ExteriorPro never reads your own sales figures to set your bill, because a price that climbs when you record a job would just teach you to stop recording jobs. If you cross $1M, we'll raise it with you at renewal, never mid-year.

Nothing. Growing and Established get every feature, every trade, and unlimited users. Bigger companies get more out of the same software and pay a bit more for it — that's the whole of it. There is no feature held back to make you upgrade.

A location is a branch — its own address, its own crews, and its own work orders. Companies running a single office pay the base price and never think about it again.

Anything billed by an outside provider: measurement reports, text messaging, and payment processing. You're charged for what you actually use, at the provider's rate — ExteriorPro doesn't mark it up.
